  • We all use our knowledge and creativity to constantly improve our value-add processes with the aim to generate premium quality products and services.
  • Our employees are a central factor for the quality of our services.
  • Quality is the result of our willingness to take responsibility for each step in our development, production and service provisioning processes. We reward performance and sanction inappropriate behaviour without fail.
  • Our management is responsible for the quality of our products and services.
  • We see customer orientation as an ongoing process, in which we strive to identify the current and future needs of our clients, and to fulfil these requirements flexibly and competently.
  • The primary task for our business activities is to create and maintain a long-term, meaningful relationship with our customers, partners and suppliers based on cooperation. We communicate openly and transparently, and keep our promises.
  • Independent of the needs of our clients, we always ensure compliance with the relevant legal and regional requirements.

We wish to contribute towards continuously high profits, increasing the attractiveness of our offering for our clients, a positive work environment for our employees, and towards increasing the value of the capital invested by our shareholders and the general esteem within our community and in society.
